Suppressor Technical Features

Our MTN Lite Ti suppressors are specifically designed for the hunting sports and therefore our design priorities were to produce a lite weight, rugged, small form factor devise that would perform on-par with, or outright surpass larger and heavier options currently on the market. Constructing our suppressors from 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium results in an exceptionally lite weight product that is also very robust and capable of withstanding even the harshest field conditions. The MNT Lite Ti’s unique kinetic diffusion technology dramatically reduces the rifle’s sound signature while producing a mild resonance tone at the shooter’s position. The MTN Lite Ti suppressors are fully manufactured in house from raw stock to finished product and in relatively small batches. This method promotes a much higher degree of personal ownership and pride between our technicians and the final product, and because our technicians are fully cross-trained, it’s likely that one person may be involved in most if not all the manufacturing processes in the production of individual suppressors. This serves to further strengthen the personal connection and accountability for the quality of the final product.
● The MNT Lite Ti components are skillfully CNC machined from domestically sourced 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium.
● The suppressor’s main body/tube consists of stacked, discrete baffles which are then fused together using an automated tungsten inert gas (TIG) process. This method of construction results in an extremely high strength to weight ratio.
● Our proprietary internal baffle geometry paired with our own kinetic diffusion end cap system greatly reduces the rifle’s sound signature while producing a mild resonance tone at the shooter’s position.
● We coat our suppressors with a very durable and attractive H-series Cerakote finish.
● The MNT Lite Ti comes standard with a 5/8-24 direct thread mounting system, however, we do offer a variety of mounting systems that can accommodate most common applications. We also offer a two port, self-timing muzzle brake with integrated hub style suppressor mount. This is the recommended mounting system if you want to further reduce felt recoil and muzzle flip.
